Photo History of Gardiner, Jardine, and Crevasse

The “Photo History of Gardiner, Jardine, and Crevasse: Entrance to Yellowstone National Park” is an updated reprint of the 1968 book by Bill and Doris Whithorn. 48 pages.

The reprint of the book is a larger format. It has larger, clearer photographs, additional 2016 color photos, and revised text. Many local residents helped update the book.

The publication of the book celebrates the National Park Service centennial by telling the history of the closest community to the park; Gardiner is situated at the north entrance to Yellowstone National Park.
